API Roadmap

The API Roadmap provides visibility into the planned evolution of ERPx APIs, helping end-user to align the integration strategy with upcoming platform changes.

What is the API Roadmap?

The API Roadmap is a forward-looking view of planned additions, changes, and deprecations across ERPx APIs. It reflects the current product direction — including new endpoints, breaking changes, and capability expansions - so your integration teams can plan ahead with confidence.

Why consult the API Roadmap?

Building integrations on top of a living platform requires anticipating change. The roadmap helps you:

  • Plan integrations proactively: Align your development cycles with upcoming API capabilities before they release.
  • Avoid rework: Know in advance about deprecations or breaking changes that may affect your current implementation.
  • Prioritise adoption: Identify new endpoints or features relevant to your use case early in their development.
  • Stay aligned: Keep your team informed about the platform direction without relying on ad-hoc communications.

How to use this roadmap?

The roadmap is organised into four views reflecting the current status of each API initiative:

  • Upcoming Release – APIs and capabilities actively being finalised for the next release cycle.
  • Future Releases – Committed items planned beyond the immediate release, subject to timeline adjustments.
  • Released – Delivered API features available for adoption today.
  • Under Consideration – Early-stage ideas being evaluated based on demand and feasibility. Not yet committed.

Note: The roadmap reflects current product intentions and is not a binding commitment. Timelines and scope may shift as priorities evolve. For confirmed changes affecting existing integrations, refer to Versioning & Deprecation.
